03The problemSorun

Every season a fashion collection is shot the same way: book models, rent a studio, move a crew, then pick a few frames out of hundreds. The more pieces there are, the more the shoot, the models and the travel cost, and separate shoots rarely look like one collection.Bir moda koleksiyonu her sezon aynı yoldan çekilir: manken ayarlanır, stüdyo kiralanır, ekip taşınır, sonra yüzlerce kare arasından birkaç tanesi seçilir. 04What we builtNe yaptık

We built SOSIE a custom AI tool that needs no physical shoot. A digital model is defined once and stays identical in every frame. The product's own photograph is read and dressed onto her, while scene and camera are set independently of the garment. In the same project we designed and built the brand's bilingual 3D website in Three.js.SOSIE için fiziksel çekim gerektirmeyen özel bir yapay zeka aracı geliştirdik. Dijital manken bir kez tanımlanıyor ve her karede birebir aynı kalıyor. Ürünün kendi fotoğrafı çözümlenip bu mankene giydiriliyor, sahne ve kamera kıyafetten bağımsız kuruluyor. Aynı proje kapsamında markanın Three.js ile çalışan iki dilli 3D web sitesini de tasarlayıp geliştirdik.

05What changedNe değişti

The shoot, the models and the travel dropped out of the collection budget. Producing a collection went from organising a studio to a flow that starts with one upload, and each frame ships both clean and with film grain, ready for e-commerce and editorial alike.Çekim, manken ve ulaşım kalemleri koleksiyon bütçesinden çıktı. Koleksiyon görseli üretimi stüdyo organizasyonu gerektiren bir işten tek bir yüklemeyle başlayan bir akışa dönüştü; her kare hem temiz hem film grenli sürümüyle, e-ticarete de editoryale de hazır teslim ediliyor.
